Hey there! In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we cancelled all physical gatherings at church and moved online. Our weekly services can be accessed online via our YouTube channel.

As the Queensland Government eases restrictions, the church will evaluate the directions announced and consider our options. You can check the latest update in the link below.

Under the Queensland Government roadmap to easing restrictions, physical gatherings of up to 20 people (Stage 2; up to 100 people in Stage 3) are permitted.

However, due to the ongoing public health rules requiring physical distancing of 4m2 per person (if singing is involved, it’s 7m2 per person), the church is unable to open its doors for public services. The physical space limits our numbers dramatically.

Therefore, we’re encouraging people to meet in homes or public spaces (where appropriate) following the relevant public health directions. To facilitate this, check out our weekly services resource page for a sample service program, song lyrics, and other relevant information.

To assist us in maintaining contact tracing register, we’re encouraging people to download the Church Center app, available on Android and iOS devices.

  • Search for “Brisbane Cantonese Christian Church” in Kedron.
  • Use the Check-in feature to register on our contact tracing register.
  • Organised gatherings will be listed as a location under “BCCC #COVID-19”
  • If you’re gathering isn’t listed, please contact the church and let us know.
